Maid of Honor
Lauren and Stacy have been best friends since middle school, where they bonded over their love of cheesy soap operas. As one of Stacy's longest friends, and the person who introduced her to Tim in the first place, Lauren was a shoe-in for Maid of Honor!
Megan and Stacy met during high school volleyball try-outs and have been close friends ever since. From spring break sunburns in Mexico, to rappelling down waterfalls in Argentina, to enjoying a nine hour Lord of the Rings marathon, there is no one Stacy would rather have by her side!
Stacy was lucky enough to share a wall her freshman year at Duke with Holly and Aubrey. Holly has been Stacy's close friend and travel companion ever since, rooming together for a study abroad semester in Florence and a summer in NYC, and visiting 14 countries on 3 continents together.
Aubrey was roommates with Holly their freshman year at Duke, and Stacy shared a wall and many adventures with them! Their friendship grew throughout college and beyond, deepening when Aubrey and her husband moved to Chicago. Stacy looks forward to having her dearest Aubs at her side for her wedding.
Stacy is fortunate to have Katie play many roles in her life: friend, coworker, future sister-in-law, and now bridesmaid. As Tim's sister, Katie was integral in helping pull off his proposal scheme, luring Stacy to their office so Tim could set up their apartment for romance. Stacy looks forward to having Katie as family!
Amanda is Tim's sister and Stacy can't wait to have her as a sister-in-law. Together they have shared laughter, advice, and lots of champagne. Plus, Stacy has Amanda to thank for her three wonderful children playing a role in the wedding: Ian as Usher, Lila as a Reader, and Cara as Flower Girl.
Derrick and Tim have been best friends since growing up next door to each other. Over the years they have remained close, vacationing, golfing, and going to sporting events together. Tim is honored to have his longest friend there beside him for the big day.
Sean and Tim met early in their freshman year at U of I and joined the same fraternity. They've remained close ever since and enjoy drinking cheap American macro beers at various Chicago dive bars.
Brian and Tim started working together right after college and became fast friends. They share a love of college football, whiskey, and Brian's wife's cooking.
Nick and Tim were fraternity brothers at U of I. Tim is standing up in Nick's wedding two months later, and they are enjoying the mutual moral support of going through the wedding planning process at the same time.
John and Tim were fraternity brothers at U of I and roommates both in college and in Chicago. They both continue to have season tickets for Illini football despite the constant losing. At least the tailgating is good.
Adam is Stacy's brother and a stand-up comedian in LA. Adam and Tim bonded quickly over their shared love of sports and dislike of Uptown Funk.
Sky and Tim were fraternity brothers and roommates at U of I and quickly became close friends. They somehow survived many tailgates, late nights, and mom's weekends together. Sky and his wife, Lauren, are the reason Stacy and Tim met, and the two couples are very close friends. We chose Sky to be our officiant because he has played such an integral part in our relationship, and we are honored for him to take on this special role.
Gene and Tim were fraternity brothers at U of I and were solely responsible for (poorly) putting up Christmas lights around house after it was built.
Brad and Tim were fraternity brothers at U of I. They were both in the Orange Krush together and have attended numerous metal concerts together over the years. His favorite book is Sands of the Desert, although he cannot remember the author's name.
He is still waiting to see the third Lamkin sibling fall....
Ian is Tim's nephew and a sophomore at Illinois State University. Accomplished in both sword-fighting and swing dancing, Tim and Stacy know that being an Usher will be a piece of cake for Ian!
Lila is Tim's niece and a gifted reader at 10 years old. Tim and Stacy look forward to having this beautiful and brilliant young lady perform a reading at their ceremony.
Cara is Tim's niece and is 7 years old. Her sweet smile and sense of humor brighten our lives, and we can't wait to see her walk down the aisle as our Flower Girl.
